If you live in a property which is fully managed by Student Haus and require maintenance, please submit any maintenance reports and follow the guidance here. Maintenance reports submitted via the Online Maintenance System will be monitored intermittently (Mo-Fri). The firstname.lastname@example.org email account will not be monitored.
Only Emergency Maintenance Reports will be actioned during the Holiday Period. Other reports submitted during the Holiday period will be actioned upon the Team`s return to the Office.
